What products are warranted?

12 Months Warranty
All of our products come with a 12 Months Warranty backing to give you complete confidence in buying our electronic goods. This cover is for a period of one year unless otherwise stated.


The warranty covers defects of any shape that are a result of manufacturing process. Any damage or changes that are as a result of misuse or failure to follow the instructions correctly will not be covered.


In the event of having to use the warranty services you can either return the item to us at Ezone wholesale Ltd or Direct to manufacture support.


You can also purchase extended warranty cover to a maximum of 5 years. All this means you have complete peace of mind about the quality of your purchase.

You can call us on 07970336284 to register a warranty or simply fill in our online warranty form.  All our products have a Full UK manufacture warranty, many over the normal one Year standard warranty hence due to this and Geographical issues we also recommend that after 30 Days from date of purchase the manufacturer is contacted in the first instance. In any case we will always be available for support.

I can exchange or return an item?

As noted above you can return your goods within the first 7 working days of taking delivery. The item will need to be as sold and as new. After this period the only other reason for accepting a return is a terminal fault with the unit. Outside of this we cannot accept any returns unfortunately. Before returning your item please contact us first. Once we have agreed to the return we will issue you with a returns number. This must be provided when returning your goods. Failure to do so may well slow your refund process or invalidate your return entirely. If you are arranging return yourself please use a secure courier service. Please note that any damage during transportation will be your responsibility and you will have to take up the claim with the courier company.

Refunds
All our products are eligible for the 7 day money back guarantee. This means that provided you have notified us of your intention to return the product within 7 working days of taking delivery you are assured of a refund. Returned products must be in the original condition supplied with the original packaging. Beyond this option you will also receive a refund or replacement product if your item develops a fault and cannot be repaired at any stage during the one year's manufacturers cover.

In some cases, the warranty is not provided?

If we receive an item that has been damaged or mis-used this will void any warranty.

If an item has been changed or not supplied by us we will void any warranty, all our serial numbers are logged, all our items are new hence the package and the unit will show the same serial number.

Some clearance items have a limited warranty these will be illustrated accordingly.
